By default, the application functions in Tourist Mode, offering access to resources such as hotels and transportation services. To utilize the booking functionality, users need to register as tourists, a straightforward process that does not require prior approval.

Registration also allows users to opt for a Service Provider profile on the MTIME Platform, with categories including Accommodation Providers, Tourist Guides, and Tour Operators. Depending on the selected provider type, the application interface presents specialized features relevant to each service category. Service Providers must undergo approval to be listed on the platform and access provider-specific functionalities within the application.
